QUESTIONS? I HAVE THE ANSWERS!

It’s natural to have questions when hiring your first Virtual Assistant and I am more than happy to answer them for you. I have compiled some of the top questions I get asked. Here goes:

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Working with a VA may take a bit of getting used to at first. Unlike the conventional ways of working in an office with a Personal Assistant, a Virtual Assistant works from her own home office. A Virtual Assistant usually services various clients at once, utilising smart time tracking software. Therefore a VA rarely comes to your office to perform tasks and is perfectly equipped to do so from her home office.

This is a great question! Before we start our working relationship, we will have a 30-60 minute discovery call, where we will have a discussion about your business, your task needs and your goals for your business. This way we will ascertain if I am a good fit for your business needs.

I know that you have tons on your plate already and that's why you have visited my website 🙂 Therefore, my sign up process is very simple, and that's the way I like it. I have a straightforward 3 step process. 1) We will have a discovery call to ascertain your needs. 2) If we are a right business fit for each other, I will send you necessary documentation (not lengthy) and 3) We will begin the induction and training so I can start assisting you and help take your business to the level it deserves to be at.

PAYMENT PROCESS

I do not work per hour, and this is to keep things from getting messy and confusing, therefore I offer a range of retainer packages. These packages start off with smaller packages in case you want to try my services out for a month and see how I amaze you 🙂 you are then able to select a higher package at any time you choose. Please note that it is the clients responsibility to utilise all the hours for that specific month, as I do not carry over hours into the next month. You are more than welcome to migrate down to a lower hour package, but I will guide you during the month and also advise you on whether or not this is necessary or whether you may need to upgrade to a higher hour package, depending on the workload.

All payments can be done via EFT. I usually require payment upfront for my services.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

I observe all of the South African public holidays. Here is a list of the 2020 Public Holiday dates for South Africa.

My working hours are Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 16h00 South African time. I only assist clients with extremely urgent tasks outside of working hours that cannot wait until the next business day.

Through the induction we will discuss all the systems that need to be covered or set up. We will also be discussing what the best time and manner will be to contact you.
